1 Season the beef cubes with the black pepper, paprika, and salt.
2 Put a skillet on high heat, add a spoon of olive oil and brown the beef in a
single layer.
3 Turn the beet and brown on the other side. Set aside
4 Put a pot on medium to high heat, add the remaining olive oil, sautee the garlic
and onions.
5 Add the flour and the cornflour.
6 Add the beef broth, whisk and simmer for 4 minutes.
7 Add the dark soy sauce, low sodium soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and the
browned beef.
8 Simmer for 20-30 mins.
9 Serve over mashed potatoes or rice.
