3 large russet potatoes
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
3 tablespoons ranch seasoning
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Salt and black pepper

Instructions

1 Preheat your oven to 400° F and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper or
non-stick foil.
2 Wash and chop the russet potatoes into small pieces.
3 In a large mixing bowl, combine the potatoes with olive oil, ensuring they are
