Instructions

1 In a bowl, Mix together sugar, oyster sauce, fish sauce, soy sauce, and sesame
oil. Stir until sugar dissolves then set aside.
2 Cook the spaghetti pasta according to packaging instructions or until al dente.
3 In a skillet or pan, heat oil and butter over medium heat. Whet butter melts,
cook shrimps for 3-4 minutes or until pinkish-orange in color. Remove shrimps
and set aside.
4 Using the same pan, tip in minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. Add cooked
pasta and stir until incorporated with garlic and butter.
5 Carefully add the sauce and mix well until all strands of pasta are coated.
Stir-cook for 1 minutes then remove from heat. Add grated parmesan and toss to
distribute. Serve with chopped green onions and enjoy. Bon appetit!
