Protein Choclate Cherry Ice Cream Pie

Instructions

1 Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
2 In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, cocoa powder, sweetener, and melted
coconut oil for the crust. Press the mixture into a pie dish to form the crust.
Bake for about 10 minutes, then let it cool completely.
3 In a separate bowl, mix the vanilla protein powder and Greek yogurt until
smooth. Add the chopped frozen cherries, vanilla extract, and honey/maple syrup.
Mix well.
4 Pour the ice cream filling into the cooled crust. Smooth the top with a spatula.
5 Place the pie in the freezer for at least 4 hours or until firm.
6 For the chocolate drizzle, melt the dark chocolate chips and coconut oil
together in a microwave or double boiler. Stir until smooth.
7 Once the pie is firm, drizzle the chocolate sauce over the top.
8 Return the pie to the freezer for another 30 minutes to allow the chocolate
drizzle to set.
9 Before serving, let the pie sit at room temperature for a few minutes to make it
