Beer battered fish tacos

These crispy beer battered Baja style fish tacos are crunchy, delicious and
quite easy to make.

Instructions

1 Cut the fish into pieces and coat in a thin coat of flour so the batter sticks
better
2 In a bowl mix the batter
3 Heat some vegetable oil to140°C
4 Take each piece of fish, dredge in batter, then place in the hot oil
5 Fry for about 2-3 minutes or until golden brown, while turning from side to side
6 Place each piece of fried fish on a plate with kitchen towels to get rid of the
excess oil
7 Meanwhile, prepare your sauce by mixing all the ingredients in a bowl
8 Prepare the other toppings and heat the tortillas

You can heat them straight on the gas range stove, or in a pan, and even in the
oven
9 Assemble your tacos and enjoy!
