🧂 Ingredients

1 cup oat flour
1/2 cup almond meal
1/3 cup coconut oil
1/3 cup maple syrup
1 egg

vegan opt
1 pnch salt
100 g caramel chocolate

or dairy free alternative

Instructions

1 1. Preheat oven to 180C and line a loaf tin
2 2. Add all ingredients except chocolate in to a bowl and mix until well combined
3 3. Stir through chopped chocolate and pour in to baking tin
4 4. Bake for 30 minutes and allow to cool before slicing
