Beef
Top round, ribeye, or sirloin
15 oz
Broccoli Slaw
12 oz
Sliced Mushrooms
1 tsp
Pink Salt
1 tsp
Black Pepper
1 tsp
Red Pepper Flakes
optional
1 tsp
Garlic Powder
1 tsp
Onion Powder
1 cup
Heavy Cream
2 tbsp
Avocado Oil
or use your favorite oil

Instructions

Slice Beef into 2-inch strips and sprinkle with about half of the salt and
pepper

Brown Beef on medium high heat in about a tablespoon of oil, then transfer to a
bowl and set aside

Saute the mushrooms in the remaining tablespoon of oil until golden brown

Add the Broccoli Slaw and saute until just heated through (this allows the
broccoli to stay crisp)

Add the heavy cream and the remainder of the seasonings. Let simmer until heated
through and thickened

Add beef and toss with the vegetables and sauce
7
Serve immediately or portion for meal prep
