1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 tablespoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
3 pounds tilapia fillets
1/4 cup olive oil or avocado oil
1 tablespoon salt

Instructions

1 Mix the flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper together in a shallow
dish.
2 Heat enough oil in a frying pan to cover the bottom evenly.
3 Pat the tilapia fillets dry with a paper towel, then coat them thoroughly in the
seasoned flour mixture.
