Easy Vegetarian Chickpea Salad

🧂 Ingredients

1 Drain and rinse cans of chickpeas
2 Mash chickpeas (I put mine into a reasealable bag and mash with a tenderizing
gavel)
3 Pour chickpeas into bowl
4 Chop red onion, celery, and pickles
5 Add vegetables to bowl of chickpeas and mix together with a spoon or spatula
6 Add seasonings and mix with a spoon or spatula
7 Add mayo and mix with a spoon or spatula
8 Once all ingredients are well mixed, put in fridge to chill
9 Once chilled, eat on its own, make a sandwich, serve with naan bread, or put it
over a bed of greens
