🧂 Ingredients

6 pieces flour tortillas
2 cups Mexican cheese
1 lb chicken breast

cut into small pieces
1 tbsp oil
1/2 large bell pepper

diced, any color
1/2 yellow onion diced
1 tbsp taco seasoning
2 tbsp unsalted butter

Instructions

1 Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the oil. Introduce the chicken and taco
seasoning, cooking for about 4 minutes.
2 Incorporate the diced bell pepper and onion, continuing to cook for an
additional 5 minutes or until chicken and vegetables develop a lovely color. Set
aside once finished.
3 In a clean skillet, melt a small amount of butter and lay a tortilla down. On
one half, sprinkle cheese, add the chicken mixture, and top with more cheese.
Fold the tortilla over to seal.
4 Cook until the bottom side is golden brown, then flip it and repeat on the other
side until it's also golden and the cheese is melted. Repeat these steps for the
remaining tortillas and filling.
5 Serve the quesadillas hot, allowing everyone to enjoy them while they’re still
warm!
