🧂 Ingredients

2 Tbsp Whole wheat flour
2 Tbsp Olive oil
3 Tbsp Chili powder
2 tsp Ground cumin
1 tsp Fine sea salt
1 tsp Garlic powder
1/8 tsp Cayenne pepper
2 Cups Chicken broth

or veggie broth

Instructions

1 Combine the olive oil, flour, and spices in a medium sauce-pan with the heat set
to medium. Whisk the ingredients together until they are combined well.
2 Add the chicken broth to the pan, and whisk until the mixture is smooth.
3 Let the sauce simmer until it starts to bubble.
4 Turn the heat down to low, and let the sauce thicken for 10 minutes while
whisking frequently.
5 When the sauce has thickened, remove the pan from the heat and set aside to
cool.
6 Use the sauce immediately, or store in the fridge for later use.
