Egg
1 tbsp
Swerve Brown Sugar
1 tbsp
Lakanto sweetener
1/2 tsp
Vanilla extract
1/4 tsp
Baking powder
1 tsp
Cinnamon
2 tbsp
Almond flour
1.5 oz
Shredded Queso or Mozzarella cheese

Instructions

Combine all the ingredients in a bowl

Mix well until the batter is fully combined

Place half the mixture in the center of your chaffle maker

Spread the batter out a bit to fill the openings

Cook until the steam stops and you can easily open the lid

Mix some additional cinnamon, lakanto and brown sugar swerve on a plate
7
When the chaffle is cooked, gently place it in the mixture and coat both sides
8
Place on a cooling rack for a few minutes
9
Cover with a sugar-free maple syrup like ChocZero
