Instructions

1 Mix all ingredients except cilantro and lime juice in a 4-quart slow cooker.
2 Cover and cook on low for 7-9 hours or until pork is tender.
3 Remove and shred pork.
4 Stir in lime juice and cilantro. Add pork and heat through.
5 Serve with tortillas and salsa.
