🧂 Ingredients

2 Packages Trader Joe's Potato Gnocchi
1 1/4 Cups Heavy Cream
2 tbsp Trader Joe's Pesto Rosso Sundried Tomato Pesto
1 bag Trader Joe's Baby Spinach
90 grams Trader Joe's Sundried Tomato Strips

This is one package
2 cups Trader Joe's Quattro Formaggio

Can you cheese of your choice
2 tbsp Chopped Basil

Instructions

1 Heat oven to 425 degrees
2 Cook Gnocchi in a large pot of salted water, for about five minutes until they
float. Drain.
3 Add cream, sundried tomato pesto to a large skillet or pot. Heat on low until
completely warmed up. Add the gnocchi until coated.
4 Cover the base of an 8 cup (9×9) ovenproof baking dish with the spinach.
5 Top the spinach with half the sundried tomatoes
6 Pour the gnocchi mix over the spinach and tomatoes
7 Top the gnocchi with the remaining sundried tomato strips and the cheese
8 Bake for 10-15 minutes until bubbly and top is speckled golden brown.
9 Sprinkle chopped basil on top and serve!
