Fish Fingers with Sweet Chilli Sauce

Delicious and quick homemade fish fingers with a sweet and spicy dipping sauce

Instructions

1 Preheat the oven to 425°f
2 Combine the salt and pepper with the flour and stir.
3 Pour the olive oil onto a baking sheet and spread evenly.
4 Dip the fish in the flour, then the egg, then the bread crumbs and place on the
sheet pan with at least ½ an inch of space between each finger.
5 Put the fish in the oven for 7-8 minutes, flip and then bake for an additional
7-8 minutes or until the fish is cooked.
6 While the fish is in the oven combine the water, vinegar, sugar, and chilli and
bring to a boil.
7 Turn the heat down and simmer for 10 minutes.
