bunch Swiss chard
12-16 ounces
2 teaspoons
olive oil
1 clove
garlic
sliced
2 tablespoons
rice wine vinegar
¼ teaspoon
salt
¼ teaspoon
ground black pepper

Wash the chard well, trim the fibrous ends and chop it.

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and cook the garlic
for 1 to 2 minutes. Add the chard and vinegar to the skillet. The chard will
start wilting quickly. As soon as the chard is almost all wilted, remove it from
the heat and season it with the salt and pepper.
