Sunday Morning Breakfast Casserole

Sunday morning breakfast casserole is made with canned biscuits, breakfast
sausage, eggs and shredded cheese that’s baked until hot and bubbly for the
ultimate weekend meal.

🧂 Ingredients

1 tube Canned Biscuits
1 pound Breakfast Sausage, cooked and crumbled
1.5 cups Cheddar Cheese, hand shredded
8 large Eggs
Salt and Pepper to taste
Parsley for garnish, optional

Instructions

1 Preheat the oven to 400°
2 Grease a 9x 13” baking dish and add the biscuits to the bottom so they are
laying side by side. Using your fingers, press them down so that they are
covering the bottom.
3 Add the cooked and crumbled breakfast sausage evenly on top of the biscuits.
4 Next, add a layer of shredded cheddar cheese.
5 In a medium sized bowl, beat the eggs together with a salt and pepper and pour
them on top of the cheese, sausage and biscuits.
6 Place it into the oven for about 30 minutes or until the eggs are cooked all the
way through.
7 Let it cool slightly, garnish with parsley (if desired) and serve warm. Enjoy!
