Onions

Sugar

Beetroot
chukander, peeled

White vinegar
sirka

Instructions

Rub salt over the onions. Keep aside for half an hour.

Pack the onions, sugar, and beetroot in a jar. Pour the vinegar over the mixture
and serve.

Variations: 1 inch piece ginger julienned can also be added with the onions.
