Easy Pasta Bake

🧂 Ingredients

• 1 pound of a box of penne pasta, uncooked

  Zita, or Rigatoni noodles can work too.
• 1 lbs. ground beef
• 1/2 lb. Italian ground sausage, mild

  comes in 1lb. so split in half. I use this one [https://rstyle.me/+RxA0Y553ZW0Ci_dSD7eTaw].
• 3 cloves of garlic, minced
• 1 16 oz. jar Spaghetti Pasta sauce
• 1 cup Ricotta cheese
• 1/2 cup Cottage cheese
• 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

  I use the store-bought kind.
• 1.5 cups Mozzarella cheese, divided

  save 1/2 cup to topping bfore baking

Instructions

• 1 Preheat oven to 350℉
• 2 Boil pasta to al dente in a pot and drain. Set aside.
• 3 Add a little oil to a large pan and saute garlic.
• 4 Add ground beef and Italian sausage to the pan. Breaking up into pieces. Cook
  until done.
• 5 Turn to low/medium heat, and add the spaghetti sauce of your choice to the pan
  with cooked meat.
• 6 Next, add cottage cheese, ricotta cheese, and mozzarella cheese. Stir until
  combined well and the cheese is melted into the sauce.
• 7 Add the grated parmesan cheese to the sauce and cheese mixtures.
• 8 Use oil to coat the inside of a casserole dish A 9×13 or similar size pan.
• 9 Add the cooked noodles to the casserole dish.
• 10 Add cheese and meat sauce to the casserole dish with noodles. Mix well to coat
  the noodles.
• 11 Add the remaining 1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese to the top of the casserole.
  Note: If you like more cheese feel free to add more.
• 12 Place in oven. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until the top cheese has melted.
