🧂 Ingredients

3.5 cups Brussels sprouts, cleaned and trimmed
1 cup Heavy cream
3 minced Garlic cloves
1 tbs Italian seasoning
2 tbs Garlic powder
3/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1.5 c Gouda cheese, shredded
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1 In a large bowl, combine all of the ingredients but be sure to reserve about 1/2
cup of the shredded guoda cheese.
2 All the brussels sprout, cream and cheese mixture to a baking dish or cast iron
skillet.
3 Then top it with the remaining cheese and bake uncovered at 400 degrees for
about 25 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the casserole is hot and
bubbly.
4 Let it cool slightly and enjoy.
