Instructions

1 First, make the bbq sauce: In a small bowl, add all ingredients except for the
beef roast and mix until well combined.
2 Pour a third of the sauce in the bottom of the crockpot. Place beef roast on top
of the sauce, then pour remaining sauce on top.
3 Place lid on crockpot and cook on low heat for 7 ½ hours or on high heat for 4
hours. When done, beef will be fork tender.
4 Serve with creamy mashed potatoes, a salad or your favorite veggies. You can
also serve on toasty buns for a delicious sandwich! Enjoy!
