Instructions

1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2 Add olive oil to a large skillet on medium heat. Add onion and cook until they
begin to turn translucent.
3 Add ground beef and make sure to break up the meat as it cooks. Season mixture
with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Remove from heat when the meat is no longer
pink and cooked through.
4 Carefully drain any excess fat from the pan.
5 Cut the Hawaiian rolls in half lengthwise. Place bottom half on a buttered
baking sheet.
6 Place 5 cheese slices in a single layer on the bottom half of the buns (you will
need to split 1 slice in half to make them fit properly). Layer the ground beef
evenly on top of the cheese. Add the pickles on top (eyeball to where each
slider will have about 2 pickles). Using the remaining 5 cheese slices, place
one more layer of cheese on top of the beef. Add to top of the halved buns on
top of the sliders.
7 Stir the minced garlic into the melted butter. Brush the roll tops with the
garlic butter and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
8 Bake for approximately 12 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
9 Cut the rolls along the edges horizontally and vertically to divide the sliders.
Serve warm.
