28 oz whole peeled San Marzano tomatoes

canned
2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon sugar
1 cup diced yellow onions
2 cloves garlic
1 cup water

1 Tablespoon Tomato paste

Instructions

1 Put a saucepan over medium heat, add olive oil, minced garlic, onions, and
sautee
2 Add the crushed whole tomatoes, tomato paste, Italian seasoning, sugar, salt,
and water(optional).
3 Cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
