sliced Chinese mushrooms
4 tbsp
sesame oil

Stir-fry 2 1/2 oz sliced, dried and reconstituted Chinese mushrooms in 4 tbsp
sesame oil; moisten with the soaking liquid from the mushrooms and 2 tbs soy
sauce, add a little sugar, cook until the liquid has reduced to a glaze and
serve with boiled rice.
