Instructions

1 Begin by preheating your oven to 350°F (180°C). Set a baking sheet with
parchment paper and place a wire rack on top to prepare for baking the French
toast.
2 In a baking dish measuring 9x13 inches, pour the heavy cream in. In a separate
bowl, mix 1 cup of sugar with cinnamon, then stir this blend into the cream
along with the egg yolks and vanilla. Whisk until smooth and well combined.
3 Dip each slice of brioche into the cream mixture, ensuring both sides are
adequately coated. Arrange the coated slices on the wire rack.
4 Bake the dipped brioche for 15 minutes, then flip each slice over and continue
baking for an additional 15 minutes until they achieve a slightly crispy
texture.
5 While the French toast is in the oven, prepare the strawberries by slicing them
into decorative shapes such as fans or roses for an appealing presentation.
6 When baking is complete, sprinkle the remaining sugar over the top of the slices
and broil on high for approximately 3 minutes until the sugar melts and turns a

brûlée finish.
