Honey Apple Brie Crostini

These sweet and light crostini make perfect bites for any bruncheon! The
crispness of the apple combined with the softness of the brie is punctuated by
the sweet drizzle of honey and crostini crunch.

🧂 Ingredients

1 loaf French bread
1 tbsp olive oil
salt to taste
1-2 ea granny smith apples, sliced
1 log or round Brie
1/4 cup honey

Instructions

1 Slice the French bread and baste slices with olive oil and a sprinkle of salt.
Bake in oven at 350 for 5-8 min or until crispy and browned. Meanwhile, slice
the apples medium thin and slice Brie to match. The Brie logs are the perfect
size for this, but you can also use a round of Brie and adjust your cuts. Top
the crostini with apple and Brie slices and drizzle with honey. Tada!
