baking powder, and salt.
2 Cream Butter and Sugar: In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with a paddle
attachment, cream together butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until
fluffy (about 3 minutes). Add vanilla extract.
3 Blend Dough: Turn the mixer to low and gradually blend the flour mixture into
the butter mixture until well combined, scraping down the sides of the bowl as
needed. Note: Dough may appear dry and crumbly.
4 Chill Dough: Form dough into a ball, cover, and chill for at least 1 hour.
5 Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C), fan-assisted. Line 2 cookie sheets
with parchment paper.
