1 Preheat the oven to 350°F and lightly coat a 9x13x2-inch baking dish with
cooking spray.
2 In a large skillet, brown the Italian sausage over medium heat. Once cooked,
drain any excess fat and mix in the spaghetti sauce; set aside.
3 In a large bowl, combine the cottage cheese, softened cream cheese, sour cream,
parmesan cheese, parsley, and garlic powder until thoroughly blended. Gently
fold in the frozen ravioli to coat them in the mixture.
4 Spread the ravioli mixture evenly in the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
5 Top the ravioli with the meat sauce, followed by a generous sprinkling of
mozzarella cheese.
6 Bake uncovered for about 45 minutes, then allow to rest for 10-15 minutes before
serving.
