🧂 Ingredients

1 pound ground beef
⅓ cup onion

diced
¾ tbsp. garlic

minced
4 pcs. hamburger buns
1 cup cheddar cheese

shredded
1½ tbsp. mustard
⅓ cup ketchup
Salt and pepper

Instructions

1 In a mixing bowl, mix well the ground beef, cheddar, onion, garlic, salt, and
pepper.
2 Form the mixture into about four patties.
