Instructions

1 Preheat the oven to 400℉.
2 In a large wide pan over low heat melt the butter. Once melted add the garlic,
onions, and a heavy pinch of kosher salt and cook until soft and fragrant 3-4
minutes.
3 Add the flour and mix to incorporate. Cook for 1-2 minutes before adding the
broth. Let the broth thicken for a minute (until it can coat the back of a
spoon) and add the carrots and broccoli. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
4 Add the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Add the shredded cheese and mix till
melted and incorporated. Salt to taste.
5 Toss in the gnocchi and mix to coat. Top with cheese and pop in the oven for
15-20 minutes until the dish is bubbly and cheese has melted. Let it sit for a
few minutes before serving.
