🧂 Ingredients
600 ml
Whole milk
250 ml
Cream
100 grams
Dark chocolate
1
Vanilla stick
250 grams
Sugar

Add the milk, half of the cream and the sugar in a pan and slowly heat it up

Cut your vanilla stick, and add this to the milk-mixture

Bring it to a boil and stir regularly

Add this mixture to a heat-proof box and let it cool down completely.

Remove the vanilla stick

Cut your chocolate in small pieces and add it to your cold milk-mixture

Whip up the other half of your cream and add this also to the gelato mixture

Add this to a freeze-proof container and put it in the freezer.

Make sure you turn around your gelato every half an hour. This makes sure your
gelato will be creamy.

Freeze for at least 3 hours

And you're done! Serve with some mint or some extra chocolate sprinkles.
