🧂 Ingredients
3 3/4 oz
Rice flour
1 1/2 cups
Water
1/2 tsp
Cumin
jeera seeds
1/4 tsp
Red chilli powder
1/4 tsp
Asafoetida
hing
1/2 tsp
Green chillies
chopped
Salt to taste
1/4 tsp
Soda bicarbonate
2 tbsp
Vegetable oil
1 tbsp
Green coriander
Aara dhaniya, chopped

Instructions

Boil the water in a pan. Add cumin seeds, red chilli powder, asafoetida, green
chillies, and salt. Mix well.

Add the rice flour and soda bicarbonate, stir vigorously with a wooden spoon to
avoid lumps. Cover and simmer for 10 - 12 minutes.

Add the oil and green coriander. Mix well.

Serve hot with ghee, crushed pappad, pickle and yoghurt.
