Cauliflower Risotto
Creamy, grain-free, gluten-free and low-carb cauliflower risotto made with
finely diced cauliflower 'rice' and veggies. It's finished with a little cream
and Parmesan for a luxurious finish. It's a delicious cauliflower recipe that
can be served as a healthy side dish or a main. Please note this is an updated
