Garlic Bread Pizzas

🧂 Ingredients
1.8 lb
strong flour
2 tsp
salt
4 tbsp
yeast
1/2 pint
water at 40°C
2 tsp
sugar
6 cloves
of garlic
2 tsp
each of oregano and parsley
2 floz
olive oil

Instructions

Mix the pizza dough.

Add a puree made by processing 6 cloves of garlic, 2 tsp each of oregano and
parsley, 75 ml olive oil and mix well.

Allow to prove and mould into long baton loaves.

Lightly bake, cut in half lengthways and cover with any of the pizza
garnishes/toppings before baking again.
