🧂 Ingredients

½ cup water
⅓ cup soy sauce
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 garlic clove

minced
½ tablespoon fresh ginger

minced/grated
⅓ cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon honey
¼ teaspoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon rice vinegar

Instructions

1 Combine cornstarch and water in a small bowl.
2 In a medium saucepan, add remaining ingredients along with the cornstarch/water
mixture.
3 Stirring frequently, bring sauce to a simmer. Cook until sauce thickens and
turns dark brown.
4 Once the sauce has thickened up, remove from heat immediately and serve.
