French Hot Chocolate

🧂 Ingredients

• 100 grams dark chocolate
• 2 cups low fat milk
• 2 teaspoons cocoa powder
• 1 teaspoon pure vanilla
• 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

• 1 Chop the chocolate bar into small pieces.
• 2 Heat the milk in a saucepan.
• 3 As soon as the milk starts to simmer, add the chocolate pieces and cocoa powder
  and whisk briskly.
• 4 Add the vanilla and cinnamon. Whisk to combine.
• 5 Pour into four cups and serve!
