Chicken Breast Chick-fil-a

Instructions

1 in a large bowl, combine pickle juice and milk (if making a spicy sandwich, add
hot sauce as well)
2 Stab the chicken a few times with a fork to allow the flavors to penetrate the
chicken. Add chicken into the bowl, cover and allow to marinate in fridge for at
least 30 minutes or all-day
3 preheat air fryer to 400 degrees
4 meanwhile, on a small plate, combine flour, sugar and seasonings, stirring
together
5 remove chicken from fridge, add egg to the bowl of chicken (without draining)
and stir to combine with the other liquids
6 remove chicken from the bowl, shaking off the excess liquid
7 place chicken on the plate of flour, completely coating each side of the chicken
in the flour mixture then set aside on a clean plate
8 spray air fryer with cooking spray then place coated chicken inside. Air fry for
1 minute then spray chicken with cooking spray. Cook for another 4 minutes. Flip
chicken, spray with cooking spray and cook for another 5-7 minutes, until fully
cooked
9 skip the air fryer and bake your chicken at 425 degrees for 12-15 minutes, or
until thoroughly cooked. (Flipping halfway)
