If your beef ribs still have the cap and the silver skin take a filet knife and
remove it.

Slather the ribs in mustard and then coat liberally with Grill Seasoning. Return
to the refrigerator to rest a couple of hours before putting them on the
smoker.

Preheat your smoker to 250.

Place the ribs on the rack meat side up and maintain the internal temperature of
your smoker to 250 for two to three hours until the meat pulls away from the
bone.

Remove from smoker, wrap in foil and let rest for at least 10 -15 minutes.
