Chinese Food General Tso Chicken General Tso's Sauce

🧂 Ingredients

1.5 lb chicken thighs
0.50 cup white all purpose flour
0.50 cup corn starch
1.5 cups water
2 cups white sugar
1 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup white vinegar
2 tbsp chicken base or better than bouillon chicken roasted

Instructions

1 1. Wash, dry and cut your chicken thighs into 1 inch cubes.

2. Prepare a bowl with corn start and flour.

3. Heat up a frying pan with oil. Drench your chicken in the bowl with flour,
shaking off excess flour, and cook in the frying pain until golden brown.

4. In a saucepan combine and whisk all the ingredients to make the General Tso
Sauce (ingredients mentioned above).

5. Pour the sauce into the frying pan with chicken and let it simmer for a few
minutes until the sauce thickens. Serve on a bed of rice and Enjoy!
