1 cup
honey
2 cups
peanut butter
5-5 1/2 cups
quick oats
chocolate chips, coconut, sunflower seeds, nuts, peanut butter chips, any desired mix-ins

Instructions

Measure the honey and peanut butter into a large microwaveable bowl.

Melt the honey and peanut butter together in the microwave for about 30-45
seconds.

Gradually add the oats, a cup at a time, stirring until completely combined.

Stir in any mix-ins!

Roll into balls, then refrigerate for 30 minutes. You can keep them at room
temperature, but they're best kept in the fridge, according to my kids. :) Makes
28-32 balls, depending on size.
