🧂 Ingredients

1 Bring the cream, sugar, vanilla, espresso powder, and salt to a boil.
2 While the cream is heating, break up the chocolate and put it in a heat-proof
bowl.
3 Once the cream comes to a boil pour it over the chocolate and let sit for 3
minutes.
4 Whisk the mixture together until the chocolate is fully melted and it is
completely smooth.
5 Pour into 6 ramekins and place in the fridge to set for at least 3 hours.
6 Serve with a dollop of whipped cream and a chocolate covered coffee bean.
