use monk fruit to keep it completely sugar-free

Instructions

Create your cauli-rice by using a blender, food processor or by hand with a
knife

Thinly slice bell pepper and cabbage

If making for meal prep, evenly distribute ingredients amongst your 3
containers. If cooking to eat promptly, throw all ingredients into a wok or
frying pan with 1 tbsp of coconut or olive oil.

Pour the dressing over the wok and sauté for 10 minutes
