PEACHES AND CREAM BREAKFAST CASSEROLE

The easiest and most delicious French toast casserole. Made with sweet juicy
peaches dotted with melty cream cheese in a fluffy egg custard. A very
inexpensive crowd pleaser.

Instructions

1 Preheat oven to 350°F degrees.
2 Place cubed bread in a lightly greased 9x13 baking pan.
3 Drain peaches reserving syrup. Distribute peaches evenly over the bread.
4 Crack eggs into mixing bowl and add milk, reserved syrup, cinnamon, nutmeg and
salt. Blend until thoroughly combined.
5 Cut cream cheese into small cubes and distribute evenly around the peaches and
bread then sprinkle with half the brown sugar.
6 Pour the egg mixture into the pan. Let the bread soak up all the goodness for at
least 5 minutes, or overnight if that’s what you’re doing.
7 When you’re ready to bake, sprinkle the remaining brown sugar and oatmeal over
the top of the casserole. Bake for 50 minutes or until a knife inserted into the
center comes out clean.
