Cheesy Stuffed Pepper Skillet with Pasta

Stuffed Pepper Skillet is a fun way to make stuffed bell peppers without rice!

Instructions

1 Cook the pasta according to box directions and drain. Set aside.
2 Meanwhile, place a large skillet or cast iron pan over medium-high heat. Add the
ground beef to the hot pan and brown well.
3 Remove beef from pan and set aside. Drain accumulated grease, leaving only about
2 tablespoons in the pan.
4 Add the diced onion and peppers, stir and cook for 3-4 minutes. Add the garlic
and cook for another minute.
5 Add back the beef to the pan, add tomato paste, Italian seasoning, water and
marinara sauce. Stir to combine.
6 Add cooked pasta, stir and bring to a simmer, cook for a few minutes.
7 Remove from heat. Top with mozzarella cheese and let the cheese melt. Stir to
combine with the pasta and beef.
8 Garnish with parsley, more cheese and serve immediately.
