Pasta Primavera

Pasta primavera is a classic pasta dish made with a variety of colorful
vegetables cooked in a flavorful creamy garlic sauce.

Instructions

1 First, in a large skillet, heat the oil and butter and add all the chopped
vegetables and fresh garlic.
2 Then, season the vegetables with salt and pepper and sauté them over medium high
heat, stirring frequently, until they are soft. This should take about 5-10
minutes.
3 Now, add the chicken broth and heavy cream. Season the sauce with salt, pepper,
garlic powder and Italian seasoning. Let the sauce simmer for about 5 minutes.
4 Then add in the cooked pasta and toss everything together until it is evenly
coated in the sauce. Reseason if needed.
5 Finally, transfer the pasta to a serving dish, garnish with fresh parsley and
Parmesan cheese (optional). Serve warm and enjoy!
