Grilled Chicken Wrap with Ranch Sauce

I love grilled chicken wraps, with that toasted and delicious flavour plus the
freshness from the veggies.

Instructions

1 Butterfly the chicken breast by cutting it in half, and opening it up like a
book. Then cut it in half down the centre so that you end up with two pieces of
chicken.
2 In a bowl, mix the olive oil with the spices, salt and pepper and cover the
chicken with it.
3 Preheat a grill skillet or regular pan over medium heat.
4 Cook the chicken on one side until you see it's ¾ done. You can tell because on
the side it becomes white as it cooks. Turn it over and cook for a couple more
minutes.
5 Remove the chicken from the pan and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
6 Mix everything in a bowl and adjust the level of salt.
7 Spread a generous amount of ranch sauce on the tortilla. On top, lay the
vegetables and sprinkle them with salt and pepper. On top of that, place the
chicken slices.
8 Close the wraps and enjoy!
