Instructions

1 Start by seasoning the ribs 24 hrs before cooking and placing uncovered in the
fridge.
2 After the 24 hour period has passed, take the ribs out of the fridge and place
the rack of ribs meat side down on a raised rack, with aluminum foil underneath.
(Trust me, you'll thank me later for that)
3 Preheat your oven to 250 degrees.
4 Take and put the rack of ribs in the oven. Cook them for 1 1/2 - 2 hours or
until ribs are tender to the touch. They should also have started pulling back
from the bone.
5 Remove the ribs from the oven and turn them upside down with the meat side up.
Keep them on the baking rack with the pan underneath still.
6 Turn the oven up to 375 degrees.
7 Once the oven temp is reached, place pan with ribs towards the top of the oven.
( use an oven mitt and put the pan on the highest rack)
8 Cook for 15 minutes. If you're using bbq sauce (choose one of your choice!)
start basting and using a brush every 10 to 15 minutes till ribs reach an
internal temperature of 195 degrees. (use your meat thermometer, they need to be
cooked all the way!)
