🧂 Ingredients

Leftover Pernil Pulled Pork
1 French or Italian baguette

sliced in about 1-inch thick rounds
Butter or spray butter

olive oil to taste
Garlic powder

to taste
Bbq sauce

to taste
2 avocados

chopped, for topping
Cilantro

chopped, for topping

Instructions

1 Preheat oven to 375ᴼ degrees.
2 Spread butter thinly (or spray) to taste on to the bread rounds. Both sides.
3 Sprinkle with the desired amount of garlic powder on top side.
4 Bake for about 8 minutes each side or until the edges turn golden.
5 Spread about 1 tsp BBQ sauce on each round or to taste.
6 Place desired amount of pulled pork.
7 Top with desired amount of avocado.
8 Top with desired amount of chopped cilantro.
