🧂 Ingredients

1 Add the sugar to the cocoa powder & stir well.
2 Add 30 ml (2 tbsp) cold milk to the sugar & cocoa powder mixture and combine
until smooth.
3 Heat milk on medium-low until hot but don't allow it to come to a boil.
4 While the milk is heating chop the chocolate into small pieces.
5 Add the cocoa mixture to the hot milk and stir well to combine.
6 Add the chopped chocolate to the heated cocoa milk and stir continuously until
all the chocolate has melted and the mixture is smooth.
7 Serve with your favorite topping.
