🧂 Ingredients

2 cups Elbow Macaroni

uncooked
1¾ cups Milk
½ cup Butter
½ cup Flour
1 cup Sour Cream
¼ cup Parmesan Cheese

grated
½ tsp Salt & Pepper

each
½ tsp Dry Mustard
2 cups Cheddar Cheese

grated and divided

Instructions

1 Preheat oven to 350°F
2 Cook the macaroni noodles according to package directions. Then drain and rinse
with cold water.
3 Pour noodles into a 2-quart baking dish.
4 Meanwhile, in a saucepan, melt the butter and stir in the flour. Cook for 1
minute.
5 Next, gradually stir in the milk. Then add in the sour cream, parmesan cheese,
salt, pepper and dry mustard.
6 Cook over medium-low heat, stirring constantly until the sauce bubbles and
thickens.
7 Stir in half of the cheddar cheese, then pour mixture over the macaroni noodles
and mix thoroughly.
8 Top with remaining cup of cheddar cheese and bake, uncovered, for 1 hour at
350°F or until brown and bubbly.
